How we review field service software

Short version: official sources only, dated, and honest about what we have not tested yet.

1. Official sources first

Prices, plan limits, included users, payment processing fees, and feature lists come from each vendor's own pricing page, product pages, and help center. We link every claim and show the date we checked it. We do not copy prices from other review sites.

2. Small-crew lens

We price things out for realistic small teams: a solo operator, a crew of about five, and a crew of about eight. We look at what a crew actually needs day to day: quoting, scheduling and routing, invoicing and payments, client communication, and how much admin it removes.

3. What we have not done yet

We have not yet signed up for trials or run hands-on tests. Our launch guides are research reviews built from public documentation. When we add hands-on testing, we will say exactly what we tested, on which plan, and when.

4. Money does not decide verdicts

Some vendors run affiliate programs. A commission never changes a verdict, and we will point you to a competitor when it fits better. Details are on our affiliate disclosure.

5. Corrections

Software pricing changes often. If you spot something out of date, please tell us and we will re-check and update the date.
